If
you're a member click the login link below to
login. You'll be prompted to enter your Login
ID and Password in order to access
the back office "Members Area". If
you're not a member you can signup by clicking
here.
STEP
1) Make sure you're using the browser
"Chrome", "Firefox" or
"IE". Click on the blue "Log
In" button above and when prompted enter
your login ID and Password that was emailed
to your paypal email address.
STEP
2) If you copy and paste the login and
password be sure not to copy any spaces
before or after which may cause problems when
attempting to login.
STEP
3) If for some reason you still can't
login, you may need to try a different computer,
as some computers depending on the location
might have restrictions setup to accessing
protected directories (ie: at schools, corporate
offices etc)

PROBLEMS?
BROWSER:
Make sure you're using the browser "Chrome",
"Firefox" or "IE". Some
other browsers might cause problems like unexpected
redirects. If you're not user one of these browsers
google search their name and download Google
Chrome for best results. Then try logging in
again using Chrome.
LOST
PASSWORDS: If you forgot your login and
password, as you recall it was originally emailed
to you. Please log into your email account and
do a search for: "prosperia" and the
email with your login and password should come
up.
Alternatively,
if you can't find your login and password then
please email us. Please
provide full details on your order, such as
your full name and date of the order, so we
can look it up for you and we will resend you
a new login and password.
